Agriculture is still a predominant industry that comprises 30% of Chilliwack’s economic activity. The City of Chilliwack facilitates and promotes agriculture through the Chilliwack Agricultural Commission, a committee of the Chilliwack Economic Partners Corporation (CEPCO).
For more than 25 years, CEPCO has been a driving force behind the growth and development of Chilliwack’s agriculture and food and beverage processing sectors, leading projects and initiatives aimed at supporting farmers, improving education and awareness, enhancing infrastructure, and fostering innovation.
